Officers from the Forest City Police Dept. are attempting to locate a missing person by the name of James Donald “Donnie” Dover. He is a 44 year old white male, 5’11” tall, and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He was last seen getting into a blue SUV with an unknown male around 6:00 pm at the Speedway, located at 523 W. Main St. in Forest City, on Saturday, January 15th.
