UPDATE: LACY VICTORIA BAILEY Located

The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person: Lacy Victoria Bailey.

Lacy is a 21-year-old white female that has green eyes and blonde/brown in color hair that is approximately shoulder length. She is 5’2″ and has a light to medium build.
