Woman Faces Felony Drug Charges after Home Raid 

Detective Richard Pittman with McDowell County Drug Enforcement charged 54-year-old Suzie Michelle Huskins with felonious Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, felonious Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver a Sch II CS, felonious Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver a Sch VI CS, felonious Maintaining a Dwelling for a CS and Simple Possession of a Sch VI CS. Huskins was issued a $30,000 secured bond.

On February 21st, McDowell County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a residence in the Dysartsville Community in McDowell County. The search turned up methamphetamine and marijuana. Other seized substances have been sent to the State Crime Lab and the results are pending at this time. The search warrant was part of an investigation by McDowell County Drug Enforcement, comprised of detectives from McDowell County Sheriff’s Office and Marion Police Department.
